Mativ has announced on December 2, 2023, that the sales of its Engineered Paper business to Evergreen Hill Enterprise Pte. Ltd. has been completed. Concurrently, SWM International has also announced that they are entering a new chapter as an independent company. BMJ is pleased to see the deal finalised and shares the enthusiasm of SWM becoming an independent company.
Despite BMJ and SWM International having common ownership, both companies will maintain their autonomy, operating as independent businesses. Business operations will proceed without disruption, and your contacts with both companies will remain unchanged.
